Yep, keep it easy and serve a platter of berries for dessert. Just a shake of icing (confectioner’s) sugar and a puddle of cream is all that’s required, though of course, you can add more! (KISS = Keep It Simple Stupid.)
Smash mini pavlovas or meringues over the top of berries and cream.
Fill meringues with lemon curd and top with berries.
Serve berries with drained yoghurt for more tang and serve with homemade shortbread or tuilles.
Flavour lightly whipped cream or drained yoghurt with honey, spoon into glass dishes and top with berries.
Splash berries with limoncello just before serving and serve with coconut or hokey-pokey or caramel ice cream.
