Yoghurt makes this sauce creamy but not rich and lime gives a fresh top note to balance the richness of fried foods.
½ cup crunchy peanut butter
½ cup plain unsweetened yoghurt
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
2 Tbsp lime juice
¼ tsp smoked paprika
Few pinches flaky sea salt
1 Tbsp chopped mint
¼ tsp chilli flakes
Pretty easy instructions – just mix everything together and serve.
