Best knives ever!
Hey, you can pronounce it FURRY, or FURY, it doesn’t matter too much, these knives are the ones that have been attached to my hands for over 16 years. I love so much about them: the feel (ergonomically designed); the fact that they stay sharp and are easy to sharpen with their own nifty ‘Diamond Fingers’ sharpening device; they’re easy to clean and look after and don’t harbour bacteria around the handle; there are no bits and bobs to fall off over time because they are one piece of metal. …. And, and, and…. FURI!

The East-West knife is my main chopping knife that I use for vegetable prep, chopping herbs and all manner of kitchen jobs. The bread knife is indispensable, not just for slicing bread, but for cutting sponge cakes in half or other ‘tender’ items which could be crushed by a big chopping blade. The carving knife comes in a smaller size (pictured) 15cm blade and is useful for smaller carving items such as lamb racks and also for slicing small vegetables and fruit. The larger one is essential for slicing fillets of beef and he Christmas ham.
