Asparagus with Goat's Cheese

Oh my goodness – it’s Cheese Month, and if you haven’t discovered this tub of deliciousness yet, you best get on your bike and get some.

Ingredients

1 tub The Drunken Nanny Lemony Lush Goat's Cheese Plump, sliced just-cooked asparagus Flaky sea salt Freshly ground black pepper Bread for serving

Method
—

The Drunken Nanny Lemony Lush Goat’s Cheese is the lemoniest creamiest dunk or spread you could ever hope for. Not at all goaty. Not rich. Just summertime in a tub. It’s not cheap but you can forgive that because it is the ‘best in class’. Dollop some on a plate, top with sliced cooked asparagus, season with flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and dip or dunk or load onto bread.
