—What to do with a gorgeous looking tomato? Yep, you can slice it up and mix with other tomatoes … but that’s quite tame. I reckon, bring on the blackbody peaches! Outrageous colour contrast! Sweet meets tart! Oh yeah, this is shockingly gay and bright and hardly tamed by a few flecks of thyme and the merest slick of oil and sprinkle of salt. Serve it for dessert if you dare!
