Sustainably produced from the mineral rich waters of the Hauraki Gulf (located on the eastern side of Auckland city, and home to beautiful Waiheke Island). Salt water is slowly evaporated solely by the heat of the sun, then hand harvested and packed. The process retains all the natural minerals and elements, giving the salt a robust, clean and briny flavour with no harsh burn.
