Walnut oil adds a rich buttery, nuttiness to vegetables and salads. Try it drizzled over asparagus, green beans, broccoli, artichokes, broad beans, cauliflower and other vegetables, and in salads with witloof, pears, persimmons, buttercrunch, goat’s cheese, feta, asparagus and other vegetables.

It’s also a delicious finishing oil for meats and fish– drizzle over pan-fried or steamed fish and over pan-fried chicken breasts or grilled vegetables.
