This looks so festive, but it is good any time of year, just change out the strawberries!
Labna is thick and creamy, velvety-textured and lemony fresh, but not at all rich to eat.
Pretty pretty pretty. Oh, and delicious!
It’s easy making your own labna balls – just strain yoghurt until thick, then flavour it with dukkah, spices, herbs or edible flower petals.
