Cooking classes in June & July
Winter has arrived in the southern hemisphere, although looking out my windows at blue sky and hearing birds chirping in the still bush, it’s hard to believe. But warming dishes are what is in order here.
The next round of classes include plenty of ideas to help you cosy up over the chilly months.
I’ve got a really great class on Great Winter Classics. These dishes will stand you in good stead for years to come. Learn techniques and plenty of tips and come away with a great set of recipes.
Get in early to secure your booking, as places are limited.
Saturday 25th June is fully booked, but there are still spaces on the Friday class. Why not make a day of it on Waiheke and come over with friends.

Hi Julie
Do you have 2 places left for Friday 24th?
Also, while we were away, did we miss the dinner – when you were cooking – and if so, are you planning more?
Regards
Pam
