“You’ll be given a great set of recipes – 8 or more – and gain a great deal of knowledge. You will taste a selection of Waiheke products including award-winning oils and honeys, plus my own comestibles (preserved lemons, olives, jams, chutneys etc), and have a gorgeous 3-course lunch with fabulous Waiheke wines. Much of the produce will come from my own garden and neighbouring Waiheke gardens. You’ll enjoy our local artisan breads, organic free-range eggs and Waiheke water. You’ll come away enriched and inspired, and having had a real taste of Waiheke and New Zealand,” says Julie.
