What I’m showing off here are some great ideas of what to do with pears. I love them with blue cheese and a drizzle of honey and sprinkle of thyme leaves.
I like a creamy blue cheese like New Zealand’s multi-award winning Kikkorangi Blue. It’s got a nice little feisty bite, but its creamy enough to squidge into hollowed-out pear cavities if that’s what you’d like to do – or cut into wedges and serve on top of the honey roasted pears in Ilaria’s Spinach & Pear Salad.
