Pepper cuties to add to an antipasto platter.

Who can resist golden crunchy nuggets of goodness? Not me!

No reason you can’t make a summer chicken sandwich … just change out the vegetables to include char-grilled asparagus and peppers, eggplant or artichokes. Equally gorgeous.

Frittata but not as you know it.

Easy. Tasty. Go wth anything … skinny peppers with chorizo, cherry tomatoes basil & lemon.

Sometimes I yearn for something hot and cheesy, all sort of melty and dribbly. Any old mushrooms on toast won’t do. I’m after the no-compromise, flavour-packed, cheesy, melty richer-than-rich version. Yeah. Brilliant. Just make these, you’ll have no regrets.

Cute as a button, tomatoes baked with their tops on make a stunning vegetable main course.

Here’s a great brunch munch – bulk it out with poached eggs, baked tomatoes, roasted fennel, that sort of thing.

Sunday afternoon laid-back salad. Yee-haw!

Potato salad ready to go! Think picnic, barbecue or summer snacking.

Sweet but tangy, just the right balance.

These pizzas are sooooo good.

A quiche worth making

Sumac gives this salad a nice little lemony bite.

Rich, yes. Gorgeous, YES! Sweet corn caramelised on a barbecue then slathered with tarragon butter & mayo, and dusted with parmesan, cumin & smoked paprika, served with lime wedges, is a winner!

Truly Holy Guacamole! A good chunky guac topped with hot-smoked salmon, preserved lemons and lime leaf fluff. Far out!

This is always a crowd pleaser. Ramp it up a notch with lemon oil, green chilli and spiced rockmelon seeds!

Snip, snip, snip those noodles (don’t get caught!). Long noodles, long life.. but who cares ’cause short noodles are easier to eat!

What to serve with this fresh and crunchy salad? I’d go for fish, steamed, barbecued, fried, baked, any which way you like.

Homemade burgers made from scratch, (by that I mean making your own mince) are sensational.

Beautifully pink and juicy barbecued lamb … it doesn’t get much better than this.

Get a bit of a Spanish sizzle going on the grill for a tasty start to any meal. Yes!

Cheesey, melty, crunchy, tangy, salty, juicy mmmm. Brunch has never been better.

Mysterious and green, zinging with chilli, let bissara take centre stage at your next drinks gathering.
